En 1966 se intent\u00f3 modificar el plano para entregar 130 hect\u00e1reas a la presidencia municipal, pero los ch\u2019oles obtuvieron el amparo 890\/77, que ganaron en definitiva en 1994. En 1982, el Congreso estatal decret\u00f3 la expropiaci\u00f3n de las 130 hect\u00e1reas que ambicionaba el ayuntamiento. Un nuevo amparo de los ejidatarios, el 259\/1982, comenz\u00f3 a tramitarse.
