Adem\u00e1s la tortura se perseguir\u00e1 de oficio y ser\u00e1 imprescriptible, y los involucrados ser\u00e1n separados de sus cargos para que no obstaculicen la indagatoria.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif, Arial, Helvetica;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Las v\u00edctimas tendr\u00e1n derecho a ser examinadas por m\u00e9dicos especializados, con psic\u00f3logos de su elecci\u00f3n. En caso de violencia sexual contra las mujeres, la asistencia m\u00e9dica ser\u00e1 proporcionada por una mujer m\u00e9dico especializada en ginecolog\u00eda.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>* Ninguna prueba obtenida por este medio podr\u00e1 tener validez.
