Se trata de la Caravana de Migrantes Mutilados de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Migrantes Retornados con Discapacidad (AMIREDIS) en Honduras. Encabezada por Jos\u00e9 Luis Hern\u00e1ndez presidente de la asociaci\u00f3n, quien se\u00f1ala que tras la primera caravana realizada el a\u00f1o pasado, se quedaron temas pendientes, como el convenio que se acord\u00f3 con autoridades federales y de migraci\u00f3n, donde se estipulaba que todas las personas migrantes que hayan sufrido alg\u00fan accidente tras caer del tren pueden ser acreedores a una visa humanitaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Habla abiertamente sobre el plan frontera sur (que es y ser\u00e1 mientras permanezca) un atentado m\u00e1s en contra de la integridad f\u00edsica y la dignidad de los migrantes, pues s\u00f3lo provocar\u00e1 m\u00e1s muertes clandestinas, violaciones a sus derechos humanos y accidentes: \u201ces terrible est\u00e1n haciendo un nuevo cementerio de migrantes. Porque eso en vez de frenar la migraci\u00f3n solo har\u00e1 m\u00e1s presa f\u00e1cil del crimen organizado entre otras cosas a las que se enfrentan (los migrantes), pues si antes se tardaban un d\u00eda para rodear una garita de migraci\u00f3n ahora podr\u00eda demorar hasta ocho d\u00edas\u201d.
