salud\u00f3 la promulgaci\u00f3n de la Ley General de V\u00edctimas, y apunt\u00f3 que debe garantizarse su adecuada implementaci\u00f3n para beneficio de las propias v\u00edctimas, garantizando en id=\"caption-attachment-23306\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Foto\/ Vanguardia<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mediante un comunicado, la organizaci\u00f3n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la implementaci\u00f3n de esta Ley deber\u00e1 estar acompa\u00f1ada de garant\u00edas de no repetici\u00f3n para evitar futuras violaciones a los derechos humanos, porque\u00a0 la violencia en el pa\u00eds contin\u00faa y se requieren acciones claras para poner fin a esta tr\u00e1gica situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La CMDPDH record\u00f3, que las violaciones a los derechos humanos incrementaron de manera alarmante, pues tan s\u00f3lo en el sexenio calderonista han sido asesinadas m\u00e1s de 80 mil personas, se han registrado m\u00e1s de 25 mil desapariciones forzadas,\u00a0 aumentaron en m\u00e1s de 500 por ciento los casos de tortura y el nivel de impunidad alcanz\u00f3 98 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cResulta primordial que esta Ley pueda ser aplicada y que sea trabajada en conjunto con las organizaciones de la sociedad civil y los movimientos de v\u00edctimas\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3 la CMDPDH.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Distrito Federal (CDHDF), se\u00f1al\u00f3 que a la Ley le resta mucho camino por andar, como la
