A dos d\u00edas de la inauguraci\u00f3n de la Copa del Mundo,\u00a0organizaciones<\/strong> y redes de la sociedad civil<\/strong> de M\u00e9xico<\/strong> y Estados Unidos<\/strong> se reunieron en la Estela de Luz para exigir a la presidenta<\/strong> Claudia Sheinbaum atenci\u00f3n<\/strong> a las crisis sociales<\/strong> y ambientales del pa\u00eds<\/strong>, en lugar de concentrar recursos en el evento deportivo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Activistas de Greenpeace M\u00e9xico<\/strong><\/em> colocaron una manta a 60 metros<\/strong> de altura con el mensaje \u201cEsto tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 en juego. El mundo est\u00e1 viendo<\/strong>\u201d, denunciando\u00a0que los temas de migraci\u00f3n<\/strong>, desapariciones<\/strong>, violencia<\/strong>, despojo<\/strong>, desplazamientos forzados<\/strong> y justicia ambiental<\/strong> han sido ignorados<\/strong> y que los intereses comerciales<\/strong> del T-MEC est\u00e1n por encima de la gente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Las organizaciones convocantes<\/strong> hicieron un llamado<\/strong> a Sheinbaum a dialogar con la sociedad civil<\/strong> y establecer compromisos concretos<\/strong> en materia de justicia social, ambiental y derechos humanos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
