El pasado lunes 18 de mayo, durante la conferencia ma\u00f1anera de la Presidenta de la Rep\u00fablica, se anunci\u00f3 la iniciativa para modificar la Elecci\u00f3n Judicial<\/strong>, la cual se votar\u00eda pr\u00f3ximamente, durante un periodo extraordinario de sesiones. La iniciativa fue presentada hasta el 20 de mayo a la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente y desde la coordinaci\u00f3n parlamentaria del partido mayoritario se anunci\u00f3 que \u2013una vez m\u00e1s\u2013 la reforma se aprobar\u00eda de manera expedita<\/strong> para cumplir con los tiempos electorales.<\/p>\n

Lamentablemente la iniciativa de reforma no s\u00f3lo no modifica el modelo de elecci\u00f3n judicial, sino que no aborda los aspectos m\u00e1s preocupantes y riesgosos de \u00e9sta<\/strong>, a la luz de la experiencia de 2025. M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de posponer \u2013por \u00fanica ocasi\u00f3n\u2013 la elecci\u00f3n de personas juzgadoras del 2027 al 2028, la propuesta deja intactos los problemas estructurales de la reforma<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
