Mucho se ha debatido en torno a la relativamente reciente reforma al<\/strong> Poder Judicial<\/strong> en nuestro pa\u00eds y a las determinaciones que marcar\u00edan un antes y un despu\u00e9s. La realidad es que trat\u00e1ndose de casos emblem\u00e1ticos que involucran al Estado en cr\u00edmenes contra movimientos sociales<\/strong> y sus l\u00edderes, la impunidad ha sido hist\u00f3ricamente garantizada<\/strong> y no encontramos evidencias de que ahora s\u00ed los nuevos jueces y juezas los resolver\u00e1n.<\/p>\n

Con el agravante de que no se toc\u00f3 a las fiscal\u00edas encargadas de realizar una investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong> confiable para ser presentada por v\u00eda jurisdiccional.<\/p>\n
