Ante el anuncio de una posible discusi\u00f3n p\u00fablica en el S<\/strong><\/span>enado mexicano<\/span><\/strong>, reiteramos que la limitaci\u00f3n a la figura del inter\u00e9s leg\u00edtimo<\/strong> que propone la iniciativa de reforma a la <\/span>Ley de Amparo<\/span><\/strong> es regresiva y preocupante<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os esa figura ha permitido plantear ante la justicia federal casos relevantes, por ejemplo: <\/span>Libertad de expresi\u00f3n y Pueblos Ind\u00edgenas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

La reforma es un retroceso al incluir los precedentes m\u00e1s restrictivos en la normativa, en particular siendo regresiva por el efecto que puede tener para la defensa de los <\/span>derechos humanos<\/span> desde las colectividades y la sociedad civil. <\/span><\/p>\n
