La Presidenta de la Rep\u00fablica present\u00f3 en junio pasado la reforma secundaria<\/strong> para cristalizar la creaci\u00f3n de los jueces sin rostro<\/strong>; sin embargo, especialistas y legisladores manifestaron su preocupaci\u00f3n por la ausencia de claridad y de un diagn\u00f3stico riguroso.<\/p>\n

Desde el Centro Prodh, alertamos que esta reforma es un retroceso en materia de derechos humanos<\/strong>, porque prioriza visiones punitivistas<\/strong> y da \u201csalidas f\u00e1ciles\u201d a un problema m\u00e1s complejo que la administraci\u00f3n de justicia y la violencia en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n

Asegur\u00f3 que los jueces sin rostro vulneran el debido proceso al no garantizar la idoneidad del juez<\/strong>, lo que, puntualiz\u00f3, pone en riesgo los derechos esenciales de la persona procesada y anula la posibilidad de recurrir a un juicio imparcial, independiente y sin sesgos.<\/p>\n
