<\/p> $\"\"$ El 6 de agosto en el Centro de Justicia Penal Federal en el estado de Chiapas, con sede en Cintalapa de Figueroa, fue sentenciado a 20 a\u00f1os<\/strong> de prisi\u00f3n el \u201cautor material\u201d de la ejecuci\u00f3n extrajudicial del Padre Marcelo P\u00e9rez P\u00e9rez (en adelante Padre Marcelo)<\/strong>.\n

Sin embargo, el Centro de Derechos Humanos Fray Bartolom\u00e9 (CDH Frayba<\/strong>), exigi\u00f3 que haya una investigaci\u00f3n exhaustiva<\/strong>, identificando a todos los responsables, sancionando adecuadamente y garantizando que estos hechos no se repitan<\/strong>, que la acci\u00f3n sea un impulso con voluntad institucional para saber la verdad y lograr justicia.<\/p>\n

El Frayba record\u00f3 que la ejecuci\u00f3n se dio en contra de un defensor de derechos humanos, y el Estado, lejos de protegerlo, lo criminaliz\u00f3, lo persigui\u00f3 y omiti\u00f3 la Medida Cautelar MC-506-14<\/strong> ordenada por la Comisi\u00f3n interamericana de Derechos Humanos (CIDH)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
