La semana pasada concluy\u00f3 un periodo legislativo<\/strong> extraordinario con cambios significativos para la seguridad<\/strong>, la justicia<\/strong> y los derechos humanos<\/strong> en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n

En el debate parlamentario, se discutieron modificaciones en la Ley de la Guardia Nacional<\/strong>, la Ley General en Materia de Desaparici\u00f3n Forzada de Personas<\/strong>, la Ley General del Sistema Nacional de Investigaci\u00f3n e Inteligencia<\/strong> y la Ley General del Sistema Nacional de Seguridad P\u00fablica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Ante estas nuevas reformas, el Estado adquiere una serie de poderes ampl\u00edsimos para la vigilancia digital<\/strong>, con m\u00e1s bases para emplear nuevas tecnolog\u00edas<\/strong> en seguridad<\/strong>, m\u00e1s militarizaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y centrado en pol\u00edticas de seguridad<\/strong>. Estas nuevas herramientas representan un gran riesgo<\/strong> para la privacidad<\/strong> y otros derechos humanos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Bajo ese contexto, tambi\u00e9n es importante considerar que las instancias<\/strong> preexistentes de control<\/strong> y monitoreo<\/strong> se encuentran debilitadas<\/strong> o han sido eliminadas<\/strong>; es decir que ciertos organismos ya no pueden responder ante quejas en cuanto a privacidad<\/strong>, seguridad<\/strong>, abusos militares<\/strong> y corrupci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
