En el marco del D\u00eda Internacional en Apoyo a las V\u00edctimas de Tortura<\/strong>, el Centro Prodh<\/strong> visibiliza la tortura<\/strong> y las pr\u00e1cticas violatorias de derechos humanos<\/strong> en procesos jur\u00eddicos<\/strong> a partir de la lucha<\/strong> y el testimonio de Keren<\/strong>, Diego<\/strong> y Jovita.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Keren Ordo\u00f1ez<\/strong> fue detenida y torturada a los 19 a\u00f1os; fue obligada a firmar una confesi\u00f3n falsa<\/strong>; estuvo 9 a\u00f1os<\/strong> privada de su libertad por un delito que no cometi\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Diego Fernando Bonilla<\/strong>, hombre ind\u00edgena otom\u00ed<\/strong>, fue torturado en 2023 por polic\u00edas ministeriales para que incriminara<\/strong> a otra persona; fue interrogado sin traductor<\/strong>, sin perspectiva<\/strong> intercultural<\/strong> y sin respetar su idioma<\/strong>, el otom\u00ed.<\/p>\n

Florencia Jovita Herrera<\/strong>, mujer mixteca, fue detenida arbitrariamente y sometida a tortura sexual;<\/strong>\u00a0pas\u00f3 10 a\u00f1os<\/strong> en prisi\u00f3n sin sentencia. A pesar de que fue liberada en 2024, a\u00fan no hay justicia.<\/p>\n

Los testimonios de Keren, Diego y Jovita muestran una exigencia en com\u00fan: verdad<\/strong>, justicia<\/strong> y no repetici\u00f3n<\/strong> y son una muestra que la tortura es una pr\u00e1ctica que persiste en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

Alzamos la voz por quienes siguen resistiendo, porque tortura no es justicia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
