Un Juez de Control orden\u00f3 seguir investigando las amenazas en contra del director de Art\u00edculo 19<\/strong> ante las omisiones de la Fiscal\u00eda Especial para la Atenci\u00f3n de Delitos cometidos contra de la Libertad de Expresi\u00f3n (FEADLE)<\/strong>, advirti\u00f3 la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

De acurdo con Art\u00edculo 19, la FEADLE trat\u00f3 de cerrar la investigaci\u00f3n sin haber aplicado el Protocolo Homologado para Delitos de Libertad de Expresi\u00f3n<\/strong>, ni desahogar actos de investigaci\u00f3n pendientes.<\/p>\n

En 2022, la organizaci\u00f3n fue blanco de por lo menos 18 ataques, entre las que destacan procedimientos de acoso judicial, amenazas de muerte y contra la integridad del personal, campa\u00f1as de desprestigio y ataques digitales.<\/p>\n
