La Oficina en M\u00e9xico del Alto Comisionado de la ONU para los Derechos Humanos (ONU-DH<\/strong>) celebr\u00f3 que M\u00e9xico<\/strong> cuente con jurisprudencia emitida por la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n (SCJN)<\/strong> respecto a que la detenci\u00f3n migratoria<\/strong> no debe superar las 36 horas y que las personas tienen derecho a representaci\u00f3n legal.<\/p>\n

Record\u00f3 que la detenci\u00f3n migratoria es una medida excepcional que s\u00f3lo puede justificarse por un fin leg\u00edtimo, siempre que su necesidad, razonabilidad y proporcionalidad se basen en una evaluaci\u00f3n individualizada de cada caso.<\/p>\n

Hizo un llamado al Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n<\/strong> a llevar a cabo las reformas legislativas ordenadas por la sentencias, para garantizar los derechos de las personas en movilidad.<\/p>\n<\/body>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
