Comunidades ind\u00edgenas,<\/strong> campesinas, urbanas y costeras de Campeche, Yucat\u00e1n y Quintana Roo,<\/strong> as\u00ed como organizaciones, obtuvieron la suspensi\u00f3n definitiva relacionada con el amparo presentado en julio del 2020 por afectaciones ambientales<\/strong> ocasionadas por el Tren Maya<\/strong>, inform\u00f3 el Centro Mexicano Derecho Ambiental (CEMDA).<\/strong><\/p>\n

El Juzgado Primero de Distrito en Yucat\u00e1n determin\u00f3 que se debe suspender la tala o desmonte en los terrenos de los tramos 3 (Calkini\u0301 \u2013 Izamal), 4 (Izamal-Cancu\u0301n) 5 Norte (Cancu\u0301n-Playa del Carmen) y 6 (Tulum-Chetumal). Esto despu\u00e9s de que comunidades acreditaran afectaciones por por los cambios de uso de suelo, el cual no fue autorizado. Asimismo, consider\u00f3 que esto \u00faltimo puede implicar una afectaci\u00f3n en su derecho a un medio ambiente sano de car\u00e1cter irreparable.<\/p>\n

Ante esto, CEMDA hizo un llamado al Poder Judicial a mantener y ejecutar la suspensi\u00f3n definitiva, as\u00ed como actuar con mayor diligencia en este caso, ya que anteriormente las autoridades responsables no han acatado otras suspensiones anteriormente emitidas.<\/p>\n<\/body>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
