El Poder Judicial del Estado de Mexico<\/strong> sentenci\u00f3 a Julio C\u00e9sar Hern\u00e1ndez Ballina<\/strong>s a 70 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n por el feminicidio<\/strong> de Mariana Lima Buend\u00eda,<\/strong> inform\u00f3 el Observatorio Ciudadano Nacional del Feminicidio (OCNF<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

La joven fue asesinada por su esposo, comandante de la Polic\u00eda Judicial del municipio de Chimalhuac\u00e1n,<\/strong> el 28 de junio de 2010. Previamente ya hab\u00eda denunciado violencia por parte de su pareja. Sin embargo, en un inicio las autoridades aseguraron que se trat\u00f3 de un suicidio y cerr\u00f3 el caso.<\/p>\n

En 2015, la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n (SCJN)<\/strong> emiti\u00f3 una sentencia en la que orden\u00f3 que se reabriera para que fuera investigado como feminicidio y el 23 de junio de 2016 se aprehendi\u00f3 al agresor.<\/p>\n

A partir de la sentencia en el M\u00e1ximo Tribunal por el caso, se estableci\u00f3 que todas las muertes violentas de mujeres deben ser investigadas como presuntos feminicidios y con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/body>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
