Es una iniciativa que emerge desde el n\u00facleo de la sociedad civil, organizada en Am\u00e9rica Latina e impulsada por organizaciones defensores de derechos humanos cuya labor se desarrolla en nuestra regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
Responde a la necesidad de abrir un espacio para dialogar y reflexionar sobre los desaf\u00edos que enfrentan nuestros pa\u00edses, con el fin de proponer acciones innovadoras orientadas a la transformaci\u00f3n de la realidad en Am\u00e9rica Latina.<\/p>\n
