Entre dos van cargando una bandera de M\u00e9xico, y tras ella caminan quienes llevan estandartes de la virgen de Guadalupe, de San Jos\u00e9 y de los santos de distintas parroquias. M\u00e1s grandes a\u00fan, son las pancartas con las leyendas \u201cNo a la extracci\u00f3n de petr\u00f3leo\u201d, \u201cRechazo a la implementaci\u00f3n de la construcci\u00f3n hidroel\u00e9ctrica en el Valle del Tulij\u00e1\u201d, \u201cNo a la extracci\u00f3n de hidrocarburos\u201d, \u201cNo queremos miner\u00eda en nuestro territorio\u201d, \u201cRespeto a la Madre Tierra\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En distintos poblados de Chiapas, esta ceremonia es presidida por di\u00e1conos ind\u00edgenas y sacerdotes de la iglesia cat\u00f3lica, quienes \u201ca Dios Padre y a la Madre Tierra\u201d por la vida que provee a los hombres y las mujeres. La escena se repite cada vez con mayor frecuencia.
