Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Distrito Federal (CDHDF) consider\u00f3 que algunos art\u00edculos del Acuerdo Comercial de Lucha contra la Falsificaci\u00f3n (ACTA) firmado por el gobierno mexicano el pasado 12 de julio resultan ambiguos, por lo que podr\u00edan traducirse como carentes de seguridad jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_17993\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-17993\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"http:\/\/centroprodh.org.mx\/sididh_2_0_alfa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/CDHDF1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-17993\" title=\"CDHDF\" DF<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abCuando se trata de derechos fundamentales no puede haber espacio para la discrecionalidad\u00bb, resalt\u00f3 el organismo en un comunicado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La CDHDF precis\u00f3 que las obligaciones asumidas por M\u00e9xico con respecto a los derechos humanos y su limitaci\u00f3n \u00abdeben estar previstas en la ley y ser clara, precisa, accesible, necesaria en una sociedad democr\u00e1tica y proporcional de acuerdo a los objetivos que persigue\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De la misma forma lamento la forma sorpresiva en la que asegur\u00f3 no se garantiz\u00f3 el derecho a la consulta a la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La
