Ambos fueron sustra\u00eddos de su domicilio para ser llevados a la base naval de la entidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Durante 36 horas<\/strong> recibi\u00f3 amenazas, asfixia, descargas el\u00e9ctricas y tortura sexual por parte de elementos de la Marina. Cuando la amenazaron con hacer da\u00f1o a sus hijos, ella dijo que se autoinculpar\u00eda de formar parte del C\u00e1rtel de Jalisco Nueva Generaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Posteriormente Claudia y su esposo Isa\u00edas fueron presentados ante la <strong>PGR<\/strong>. Fue a las 18:30 horas del <strong>8 de agosto de 2012<\/strong> cuando fueron puestos a disposici\u00f3n de la autoridad. Ambos fueron exhibidos ante los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n un total de siete personas, a todos se les acus\u00f3 de formar parte del C\u00e1rtel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Luego de ser presentada a medios de comunicaci\u00f3n <strong>Claudia<\/strong> fue llevada al \u00e1rea m\u00e9dica, donde fue examinada por una m\u00e9dica legista que no certific\u00f3 las lesiones que presentaba a consecuencia de los golpes y quemaduras por las descargas el\u00e9ctricas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la <strong>PGR<\/strong>, mientras rindi\u00f3 la declaraci\u00f3n le dijeron que ya sab\u00edan que ella era jefa de C\u00e1rtel, y le fue negado su derecho a consultar un abogado y a realizar una llamada telef\u00f3nica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Posteriormente su esposo fue remitido al <strong>Centro Federal de Readaptaci\u00f3n Social (Cefereso) oriente 5<\/strong> ubicado en el municipio de Villa Aldama, Veracruz y ella al <strong>Centro de Reinserci\u00f3n Social (Cereso)<\/strong> femenil de Cieneguilla Zacatecas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>12 agosto 2012<\/strong>, <strong>Claudia<\/strong> fue consignada por varios delitos bajo la <strong>averiguaci\u00f3n previa AP\/PGR\/VER\/VER\/III\/587\/2012<\/strong>. El<strong> 19 de agosto<\/strong> el <strong>Juzgado Tercero de Distrito en el estado de Veracruz<\/strong> con sede en Boca del R\u00edo, dentro de la <strong>causa penal 186\/2012<\/strong> que dicta auto de formal prisi\u00f3n por los delitos de portaci\u00f3n de arma de fuego exclusiva, posesi\u00f3n de cartuchos y contra la salud.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>21 agosto 2012<\/strong>, a 14 d\u00edas de la detenci\u00f3n, el <strong>Juzgado Segundo de Distrito en Zacatecas, Zacatecas<\/strong>, concede a <strong>Claudia libertad provisional bajo cauci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En octubre de ese mismo a\u00f1o, levant\u00f3 una queja ante la <strong>Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Derechos Humanos (CNDH)<\/strong>. Un mes despu\u00e9s busc\u00f3 el apoyo del <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Centro de Derechos Humanos Miguel Agust\u00edn Pro Ju\u00e1rez<\/span> (<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Centro Prodh<\/span>)<\/strong> y del <strong>Colectivo Contra la Tortura y la Impunidad (CCTI).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>1 de Febrero de 2014<\/strong>, el juez cuarto de Distrito en el Estado de Veracruz, libr\u00f3 una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de <strong>Claudia<\/strong> por la probable responsabilidad en la comisi\u00f3n del delito de Delincuencia Organizada en la modalidad del que utilice el o los veh\u00edculos robados en la comisi\u00f3n de otro u otros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>Tercer Tribunal Unitario del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, en Xalapa, Veracruz, resolvi\u00f3 a favor el recurso legal (incidente de libertad por desvanecimiento de datos) interpuesto por <strong>Claudia Medina Tamariz<\/strong>, decretando su \u201c<strong>inmediata libertad<\/strong>\u201d el d\u00eda <strong>6 de febrero de 2015<\/strong> en relaci\u00f3n al delito de portaci\u00f3n de arma de uso
